Born in Vincennes, Indiana, Jeff began to develop an early appreciation of nature roaming the wooded acres and open fields of his great aunt's farm. He realized an even deeper awareness of nature's mystery and wonder traveling, hiking and camping extensively throughout the country with his family during his youth.
As a photographer, his ability to capture images exhibiting incredible detail, vibrant color and exceptional composition is remarkable.
Jeff’s images include a wide range of natural subjects featuring insects, plants, trees and wildflowers of central Indiana.
His forte is bringing to light subjects that may be inconspicuous or overlooked and capturing the essence of those subjects in a way that will inspire one to take a closer look at life’s minutia.
